This is an in-office position, with some flexibility as to daily hours.  Priority consideration will be given to applicants with the following experience: Title review & doc prep in multiple states; working with REO clients; post-closing, including deposits, e-recording, and final title policy prep/remittance.

Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

  • Reviewing title abstracts (multi-state, including DC, MD, NC, NY, VA)

QUALIFICATIONS: Juris Doctor from ABA accredited law school with 5 – 8 years of relevant experience and emphasis on supervision of other attorneys is required, as well as admission to Maryland Bar.  Familiarity with real property, real estate brokerages, professional standards, or government affairs is essential.  Must be able to function effectively in various challenging situations and circumstances, including difficult project deadlines, tight budgets, and evolving goals and objectives.
